Graduating from The Glasgow School of Art in 2018, Jewellery and Silversithing BA(Hons), I now practice in Edinburgh at The Precious Metals workshop as a Graduate in Residence.

My work is intent on capturing the elements of the coastal landscape that are normally overlooked and entirely ephemeral, based on spontaneous compositions created by materials being washed up there.

Abstracting from these ‘found’ compositions with mark making in mixed media, my jewellery is further developed from these, to create pieces that embody the spontaneity of these coastal formations, and can be worn as physical drawings on the body.

Using traditional hand-forming techniques, enamelling, and wire inlay, I create contemporary pieces that focus on subtle differences in texture and tone.
